Which side are you on?
These 2 films, part 1 and part 2, are just about a minute and a half each, why they are split in two parts I'll never know... Anyways, the first part shows us the effect of the strike, which apparently puts SF to a standtill (according to the images). The SF mayor comes on and pleads for the unionists to stop this nonsense.
The second part deals with the riots that happens. We don't see much, just some cops blowing tear gas and people being carted away. We then get to hear the union's side of the story and the show ends curiously with a pro business slant of things, saying that the ships sitting there are a 'backwards step in our recovery program!"
